We are running a fun event for all ages next Saturday January 23rd from 1-3 pm. It is a paint party with Miss Lauren and will be held on Zoom.
Miss Lauren has created a cool karate themed painting (image attached), and will guide participants in re-creating it at home. Paint supplies are encouraged, but other types of art supplies will do as well. Paper, crayons, pencil crayons, markers…whatever you happen to have at home.
The colours in the painting are the belt rank colours (yellow, orange, purple, green, blue, brown, and red) The yin yang is black and white. Miss Lauren used 3 different sized brushes. She also suggests a pencil to draw the yin yang and optionally can find something round to trace for the circular pattern. Canvas or paper can be used…whatever is easiest.
This is a free event, however, we would appreciate you letting us know who is attending. The event will run over Zoom, therefore we will send out the Zoom link to those participating closer to Saturday. Join in the party and release your creativity.
